STRABAG punktet mit Darstellung der Strategie im Geschäftsbericht und der umfassenden IR-Website

Der börsenotierte Baukonzern STRABAG SE wurde mit dem 1. Platz des Austrian Financial Communication Award im Segment ATX Prime ausgezeichnet. Das Unternehmen punktete mit dem Geschäftsbericht und hier vor allem mit der ausführlichen Darstellung der Strategie sowie mit der Investor Relations-Website, die annähernd die volle Punktzahl erreichte. Zudem schätzen Analysten insbesondere die Glaubwürdigkeit des Managements.
Zusätzlich dazu wurde die Arbeit des Investor Relations-Teams mit zwei Sonderpreisen prämiert: In der Kategorie „Investor Relations“ wurde der 1. Platz, in der Kategorie „Reporting“ der 2. Platz unter den Unternehmen des ATX Prime an STRABAG vergeben.

Prämierung der besten Unternehmen seit 2016
Der Austrian Financial Communication Award wird seit 2016 im Rahmen der Jahreskonferenz der CIRA verliehen. Die Beurteilung erfolgt durch den Lehrstuhl Accounting and Auditing der HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Henning Zülch und das Hamburger Beratungsunternehmen Kirchhoff Consult. Anhand des in Leipzig entwickelten RIC-Modells wird die Güte der Finanzkommunikation in den Bereichen ‚Reporting‘, ‚Investor Relations‘ und ‚Capital Markets‘ gemessen.

Publicly listed construction group STRABAG SE has won the first prize of the Austrian Financial Communication Award in the ATX Prime segment. The company was chosen for the award because of its Annual Report, above all for the detailed presentation of its strategy, and for its investor relations website, which achieved almost a perfect score. In addition, analysts especially praise the credibility of the management.
The work of the Investor Relations team also received two special awards. Among the ATX Prime companies, first place in the Investor Relations category and second place in the Reporting category went to STRABAG.

Best companies awarded since 2016
The Austrian Financial Communication Award has been presented since 2016 during the annual CIRA conference.The assessment is carried out by the Chair of Accounting and Auditing at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management under the direction of Prof. Dr. Henning Zülch and the Hamburg-based consulting firm Kirchhoff Consult. Based on the RIC model developed in Leipzig, the quality of the financial communication is measured in the fields of “Reporting”, “Investor Relations” and “Capital Markets”.
